Yes. All labor is covered by our 90-day warranty. If you experience any issues with our installation within 90 days, we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Equipment warranties are provided by the manufacturer—typically 1-2 years depending on the brand. We'll help you register products and assist with warranty claims if needed.

Yes, someone 18 or older must be present during the entire installation. Our technician will need to access areas of your property, confirm device placement, and train you on how to use the installed systems. If you can't be present, you can authorize another adult (family member, property manager, etc.) to be there on your behalf.
To prepare for your installation: Ensure clear access to installation areas (remove furniture if needed for wall mounting or wiring). Secure pets in a separate room for their safety and our technician's. If you purchased equipment, have it unboxed and ready. Make sure your Wi-Fi network is working (if applicable). Yes. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment with no penalty. Just call us or send an email. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled time, a $75 service call fee may apply to cover technician scheduling costs. No-shows will be charged the full service call fee. We understand plans change—just let us know as soon as possible.
